For all our offices - We are constantly looking for talented Senior Event Managers, with solid experience in event management (preferably for Destination Management Company), able to manage high complexity projects throughout Italy, Spain, Portugal and France.

The ideal candidate will possess skillset to undertake the following tasks:

  • Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
  • Managing supplier relationships with constant update of database
  • Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right through to delivery & financial closure
  • Compliance with all company procedure
  • Proficency in use of company software
  • Site inspections and operating events throughout our destinations

Competences and skills required:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification from foreign university
  • Proven track records of success in Project Management of large and logistically complex events
  • Excellent English Language Proficiency (minimum C1), knowledge of a second language will be considered an asset
  • Proficiency in Office package, knowledge of event management software will be considered an asset
  • Ability to work in team and autonomously
  • Good problem solving attitude
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability
  • Open to travel frequently
  • Goal-oriented and result driven
