A Fabulously French 12-Day Luxury Incentive Trip
A 12-Day Exclusive Journey Through Paris, St Tropez and Bordeaux, Blending Olympic Excitement, Riviera Glamour and World-Class Wine Experiences
Client’s expectations:
When our client came to us, they had one clear vision: to create an unforgettable incentive travel journey through France. They wanted to inspire and reward their guests with a once-in-a-lifetime adventure that blended the cultural prestige of Paris during the Olympic Games, the effortless glamour of St Tropez, and the world-class wine and gastronomy of Bordeaux and St Emilion.
This was not to be an ordinary incentive trip. The programme needed to deliver rare, behind-the-scenes experiences, combining exclusive access to venues and personalities with seamless movement across multiple French destinations. With travel by plane, private charter flight, and high-speed train — all in the height of summer and during one of the world’s largest sporting events — flawless execution was critical.
Guests were expecting the kind of extraordinary moments that would leave them feeling both pampered and inspired: cooking at the legendary Ritz, tasting wines in historic châteaux, dining at Michelin-starred restaurants, enjoying private beach experiences, and exploring hidden corners of France in comfort and style.

Our Solution to Execute the Corporate Event:
TERRAEVENTS France designed a 12-day incentive travel programme that brought together three distinct facets of France into one fluid, unforgettable incentive trip.
The journey began in Paris, where the city was alive with Olympic excitement. Guests enjoyed a private welcome dinner on the eve of the Opening Ceremony, setting the tone for the days ahead. A luxury lunch cruise on the Seine offered spectacular views of the city’s landmarks, while a pre-opening behind-the-scenes visit to Galeries Lafayette gave them privileged access to one of the world’s most famous department stores.
One of the standout Parisian moments was a hands-on cooking session at The Ritz, complete with a private interview with a celebrated French chef.
Furthermore, for the Olympic events themselves, we provided artisanal French picnic lunch boxes, allowing guests to enjoy authentic local flavours in style.
When the programme moved to the French Riviera, the tone shifted to leisurely sophistication. St Tropez, at the height of the summer season, is one of the most in-demand destinations in Europe, making exclusive arrangements particularly challenging.
We secured a practical buyout of the prestigious Villa Belrose, offering panoramic views of the bay, and orchestrated a semi-private takeover of a sought-after Pampelonne Beach Club — complete with a live DJ, private bar, massages, and curated water sports.
Guests explored the region’s coastal beauty through a scenic hike along the smugglers’ path and boating through the canals of Port Grimaud, and enjoyed a gourmet dine-around in the charming village of Grimaud, where each restaurant offered a signature menu designed for our group.
The final chapter in Bordeaux and St Emilion brought the programme to a crescendo. This was where the exclusivity reached its peak — with a full buyout of a village hotel and private vineyard tours at some of the region’s most prestigious estates.
After an extensive search, we selected Château Beauregard in Pomerol for the gala dinner, where guests were welcomed with a private estate visit before dining under the stars at a spectacular long table in the gardens, accompanied by live music and speeches.
The journey continued with e-biking through the UNESCO-listed vineyards, private tastings at top wineries, and a creative BIC pen-themed lunch at Château de Ferrand — a nod to the estate’s heritage. The grand finale was an evening at a fully privatised three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Bordeaux, where the chef designed a one-night-only menu paired with exceptional wines.
How We Worked Behind the Scenes to Create the Final Experience:
Behind the elegance of this incentive trip lay months of meticulous planning and creative problem-solving. The multi-destination itinerary presented significant challenges: Olympic-period traffic in Paris, summer-season demand in the French Riviera, and the need for private charter arrangements between regions not typically connected by direct flights.
Our team leveraged TERRAEVENTS’ extensive network and insider knowledge as a destination management company to secure privatisations at high-demand venues, arrange the rare charter flight from Hyères airport, and gain access to top-tier wineries and restaurants. Finding the ideal gala dinner location required extensive research and negotiation, ultimately leading us to Château Beauregard, chosen for its unique blend of prestige, history, and atmosphere.
We also addressed complex luggage logistics for the TGV journey, arranging for bags to be transported directly to Paris airport ahead of the group’s arrival.
Throughout the 12 days, we coordinated with chefs, estate owners, musicians, and local guides, ensuring every experience was flawlessly executed and every transfer perfectly timed.
Our role was to work invisibly, allowing guests to simply enjoy the magic of the journey.

Client’s feedback:
The programme was received with enthusiasm and appreciation by both the client and attendees. From the meticulous logistical coordination to the originality of the experiences delivered, every element of the journey met or exceeded expectations.
TERRAEVENTS France was particularly recognised for its ability to deliver a complex, multi-leg programme during an exceptionally busy period, all while maintaining a sense of calm, exclusivity, and seamless flow. The thoughtful curation of venues, cultural touchpoints, and local partnerships added depth and authenticity to the experience, leaving a lasting impression on guests.
By combining creativity with operational precision, TERRAEVENTS France ensured the event wasn’t just successful. The experience was memorable, inspiring, and deeply tailored to the client’s vision; precisely what the client wanted and more.
